Contact RTP Finder: corrections, questions and feedback
E-mailing us at maths@rtpfinder.com is the fastest way to reach RTP Finder. The most helpful thing you can send us is corrections.

What helps most
Casinos alter their RTP, bonuses and limits without notice. If a figure on the site no longer corresponds to the figure in the game, let us know which page, which game or clause and what it says now. A screenshot of the game rules is ideal.
How figures are sourced: how we review.

What we cannot help with
RTP Finder is not a casino and has no access to any player account. For account issues like a deposit, a withdrawal or a closed account, contact the casino first, then the authority listed in the casino's licence.
For gambling issues, visit our responsible gambling page for a list of free resources.
